Policy FAQ How long will it take to ship my order? Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 days of receiving your payment. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so orders received then will be processed on the following Monday. How are shipping rates calculated? Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the product(s) plus how far away you are from us in New Jersey. What types of shipping do you offer? We use the United States Post Office's (USPS) Priority and Express mail services. We will offer First Class mail for lighter weight items in the near future. United States Priority Mail usually takes 3-4 working days to arrive. You can choose either Priority or Express mail when you check out through PayPal. The US Post Office does not guarantee delivery dates for Priority Mail. Things like bad weather and other dis asters may cause uncontrollable shipping delays. What types of payment do you offer? We accept PayPal, Credit Cards (MasterCard or Visa) through PayPal, Credit Cards (MasterCard or Visa) by Phone - 908.389.0737 Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, Personal Checks by Mail, and US Cashiers Checks. We take checks by mail ONLY when you include your telephone and drivers license numbers on the check. Checks take from 2 to 3 days to clear. Please contact us (info@scentandsoundworks.com) if you are sending a Money Order, personal check or Cashier's Check by regular mail so we will hold your order and know that payment is coming. What if I want to return an item? All of our items are inspected before packing. We accept items for returns within 10 days in the same, brand new condition we sent them in. We do not refund shipping costs and do not pay to have the product sent back to us. If you have received an item from us and it is damaged please contact us at info@scentandsoundworks.com to discuss a damage claim. If damage was caused by the US Post Office, then a claim must be made with them first. All items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) and with all original materials or they can not be accepted for refund. Will I be charged sales tax? A 7% sales tax will be added to New Jersey resident orders. We are a registered business in the state of NJ and must submit this tax to the state of NJ. How may I contact you?
